 A: “Hello Geraldine,

Congratulations are in order to you and your fiance for your upcoming Wedding! Thank you for your keen interest in Sandals and I am excited to share that we have a myriad of options for you to consider for your once in a lifetime wedding ceremony and specifically your keen interest in information for indoor reception options.

Without knowing any specific details of your wedding reception, I will venture to assume that you have a larger wedding party and as a result, an indoor reception location is more ideal for you. With that in mind, I will share that some specific resorts have indoor reception spaces that can accommodate upwards of 200 guests for your reception!

From our collection of hotels in Jamaica, Sandals Grande Riviera and Sandals Whitehouse would be the most ideal location. Both of these properties have ballrooms that can be as large and spacious or as small and intimate as you need it to be. Since both properties are both of our largest properties, they are more than capable of hosting large wedding parties with both indoor and outdoor wedding location options.

In the Eastern Caribbean, Sandals Grande Antigua and Sandals Grande St Lucian would be perfect for hosting a large wedding party size indoors. Last but not least, both of our resorts in the North Caribbean, Sandals Royal Bahamian and Sandals Emerald Bay are perfect options with dazzling royal inspired ballrooms. As a charming extra, our property at Sandals Montego Bay has an actual chapel nestled in the middle of a garden that’s perfect for indoor weddings at Sandals Resorts! How romantic is that? You can wed in a chapel in paradise and then have a lovely reception outdoors, if you so desire.

I have outlined the larger indoor reception space options, however if your wedding group size is more intimate, a review of some of our other resorts might be in order. I highly suggest speaking with one of our Wedding Concierges who are there to help narrow down your selection specific to the vision of your wedding, the size of your wedding party and the ideal Sandals or Beaches resort of your dreams. Trust me when I say, they know everything in the world there is to know about planning the perfect destination wedding.
