When it comes to Sandals 5-Star Global Gourmet™ dining, the resort will feature two new dining concepts, bringing its total restaurant count to nine. Both Greenhouse and Heart & Sol offer a refreshing take on dining with menus featuring healthy, delicious bites.

A nod to its name, Greenhouse will offer a diverse menu of seafood, meat, and plant-based options made with locally-sourced ingredients for a straight-from-nature difference you can taste. For couples that enjoy spending the entire day soaking up the sun at the pool or beach, Heart & Sol is the perfect grab-and-go option. The menu here will feature an array of healthy alternatives — from fruity smoothie bowls and juices to savory soups, sandwiches and salads.

In addition, the tranquil section of the South Seas Village will welcome two new freshwater swimming pools that give couples more space to unwind and soak up paradise together. Keeping in line with the health-conscious theme, one of the pools will also feature a pool bar that specializes in low-calorie cocktail creations for guilt-free sips!

Heart & Sol — one of two new dining concepts at Sandals Royal Barbados — will offer a variety of healthy, deli-style, grab-and-go dishes.
